- 15-Day Window: Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order number required
- Final Sale Items: Gift cards and selected designer items (marked as final sale) cannot be returned
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please note that returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
When Will I Receive My Refund?
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Exchange Process
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return. If the new item is more expensive, you’ll be charged the difference. If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift Cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Swimwear that has been worn, washed, or had tags removed
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with your return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
