All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

For international customers:

  • You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country
  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy at a Glance

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase required
  • Customer pays return shipping unless error is on our part

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return/Exchange

    Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

    • Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
    • Item name, size/color
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
  2. Receive Your Return Authorization

    Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

  3. Package and Ship Your Return

    Securely package your item(s), preferably in original packaging, and include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return
  • For price differences:
    • More expensive item: You’ll be charged the difference
    • Less expensive item: We’ll refund the difference

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift Cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” (typically designer items from our Anne Cole, Beach Bunny, Gottex, and Helen Jon collections)
  • Swimwear that has been worn, washed, or had tags removed

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with your return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
